Who does the work
Structural concrete and earthwork are self-performed by crews we employ directly. This gives us control of the schedule, and every worker we employ is covered by our workers' compensation policy. Subcontractors carry their own.
The company owns a Caterpillar 305 mini excavator and a Caterpillar 255 compact loader, sized for residential lots, footing trenches, driveways and retaining wall construction. Larger plant is hired per job.
Specialist trades, including plumbing, paving and concrete pumping, are performed by licensed subcontractors under our license and supervision. As general contractor we hold a single contract and remain accountable for the entire scope of work. The split between self-performed and subcontracted scope is confirmed in writing before contract.
