About Us

Emae & Sons combines the extensive expertise of EMAE International (1996-2011) and Optima RPM (2011-2022) to offer a comprehensive range of construction services.

EMAE International focused on projects in schools, fire stations, nature centers, community centers, gymnasiums, parks, street construction works, pipe lines, sewer lift stations, seismic retrofitting, rehabilitation of old existing concrete buildings, residential construction, and remodels.

Optima RPM, on the other hand, specialized in retail construction for renowned franchises worldwide, including Starbucks, H&M, Victoria's Secret/Pink, Levi's, Timberland, Quicksilver, Vans, Decathlon, LC Waikiki, and more. Additionally, we have expertise in restaurant construction, large-scale supermarkets, and central kitchens.
